THE FERNANDEZ FAMILY
Nadia has been such an amazing friend to me since moving to Pocatello. She owns Nadia Fernandez photography and she's literally the perfect example of community over competition. Also, her kids are literally the sweetest, best behaved kids during photoshoots that I have ever seen! Getting to shoot at the Paris Studio here in Pocatello was so much fun.
THE GONZALEZ FAMILY
This family went out hiking with me in the freezing temperatures to get these super sweet family photos in the cool Pocatello winter. Talk about good looking family. Linda does my eyelashes and does an absolutely beautiful job, so it was an honor to do her family photos.
THE GRIJALVA FAMILY
I had the pleasure of photographing this wonderful family at the Sagebrush Life Studio in Idaho Falls. I've been taking photos of these guys since I was in high school. I've loved watching your little ones grow and it was so amazing to catch up!!
It was so fun to see this family again this year! I was able to capture some of this family last year for a sweet little mini session. Now that there is another brother in the mix, we had to do some updated photos! Talk about a photogenic group!! Also, this was my first time using @the.studio.on.main and I'll definitely be going back!
THE BOTCHER FAMILY
I think we absolutely nailed the golden hour here. This was such a great family session! Fun fact, I used to work with members of this family and went to high school with others! So cool to see where we all are now, and seriously such an awesome group to work with!!
THE YERKA FAMILY
Another beautiful Fall session up at Gibson-Jack Trail, Pocatello Idaho. Their youngest little guy has the same name as my little boy twin! It was so fun to laugh and have fun with this family session while we enjoyed the wonderful Fall Idaho weather.
THE BAXTER FAMILY
We had to time this family session just right in order to catch the gorgeous Idaho colors last Fall. We finally found the perfect Saturday and these trees did not disappoint! The sweetest family with the sweetest images to show for it. Thanks for coming up all the way from Idaho Falls!
THE ZSABO FAMILY
One of my best friend's parents needed photos with their adorable pup Panda! Their sweet dog was getting featured in a magazine and an updated photo was a must. We went up to Cherry Springs, Pocatello to find some nice shady patches to capture this amazing family and their furry friend.
THE CALKINS FAMILY
Another beautiful trip up Gibson-Jack Trail here in Pocatello, Idaho to capture this sweet family! They walked through the heat in the heat of the day to get some beautiful images.
THE CARPENTER FAMILY
Getting a chance to photograph family is always a pleasure. My husband's aunt, uncle, and cousins were in Idaho Falls of a short visit and we were able to meet at the Greenbelt to capture some fun images of their family. My husband's uncle is also a talented photographer so getting to talk nerdy camera talk with someone was a lot of fun!
THE PAYNE FAMILY
This session was a part of my spring minis. If these photos don't scream "spring," I don't know what does! We were at peak blooming season for the trees and I think this family just looks so beautiful. We had a lot of great smiles and laughs during this session and I really hope to get to photograph this family again soon!
THE THAYER FAMILY
The Thayer family are regular clients that give me the honor of getting to photograph them several times a year. It has been such a joy to photograph their little boys! This session was supposed to be in an apple orchard, but the flowers did not bloom in time. We ended up switching to Lower Ross Park in Pocatello at last minute, but I honestly love how they turned out!
THE STANLEY FAMILY
This was a fun quick session that I did right before Christmas. This family wanted to take advantage of the fact they had family in town and get photos done. We had planned on doing them outside, but it ended up being an incredibly cold and icy day. I think that their fireplace made a great backdrop though!
THE TREVIZO FAMILY
One of my all time favorite sessions to date was this western themed family shoot! We went out to a barn in Blackfoot and were able to capture such fun images in such beautiful lighting. I have had the pleasure of shooting this family a few times and they are such a joy. I look forward to some fun future sessions with them!!
THE MERAZ FAMILY
Tania was one of my very first clients back when I just began taking portraits. I have had the wonderful opportunity to continue to photograph her family and watch it grow. It is always a joy to get to take their photos. Their daughter Sophie is just as sweet as can be.
THE BLOXHAM FAMILY
I had the pleasure of doing this family shoot up at their home. They had absolutely stunning property that made a beautiful backdrop. We were visited by all the sweet family pets and even a deer during our session! Their little one was such a sweet adventurer. It was so fun to capture all her little smiles and giggles.
THE WALLACE FAMILY
Up by Scout Mountain Campground here in Pocatello, I had the pleasure of photographing the Wallace family, one of my favorite regulars. They are so fun and relaxed taking their photos is always a blast. This session we incorporated their bikes because it's a big part of this families life. These images are so fun and unique and capture this group perfectly..
THE MILLER FAMILY
This family session was done at Ross Park as a quick Christmas gift! I love capturing images for images I know are going to printed gifts. This family was full of fun, playful ideas and poses for their session. We were able to capture so many great memories it made it so hard to narrow down which ones to deliver!
THE STANLEY FAMILY
This was a quick family session I did the day after Christmas! We were supposed to do the photoshoot outside, but the weather was horrible and it was very icy. We ended up doing the session in their living room and I honestly think they turned out wonderfully. This family was incredibly sweet and such a joy to photography. These sweet girls were so friendly and photogentic.
THE STACY FAMILY
One of the sweetest families I have ever met! I worked in the same school district as Aimee in Caldwell. I had the opportunity to do this shoot just a week or so before moving to Pocatello. My husband had already moved down because his job had started, so I actually did this photoshoot with my oldest daughter strapped to my back! She surprising slept through the whole thing and I was able to get some fabulous images!
THE VILLEDA FAMILY
This beautiful session was shot at the Idaho Falls Snake River! Many photographers in this area use this location, and for good reason. There are a ton of great spots in such a small area and it is very easy to get to. This awesome family had some pictures done while everyone was in town! I think when we hit early adulthood, sometimes families get so spread out that it can be hard to find time to get everyone in the same place at the same time. it is so wonderful when people are able to get everyone together from across the country for family photos. Much easier said than done of course!
THE MERAZ FAMILY
This session took place at the perfect time for Fall colors! I was a little worried that we might miss the leaves because it took place in late October, but we happened to hit it just right!! All the images had such a warm, autumn tone to them. This family was so incredibly sweet. They were actually great at grouping themselves and helping me to keep everything organized!! Tania is one of my longest running, favorite clients! The first set of photos I did for her, I was fresh out of high school!
THE THAYERS
This session was one of the first family sessions I was able to do after moving to Pocatello! Adam and Stacy are friends of ours and it was great to get to capture their family while their extended family was in town! Stacy showed me this beautiful spot, City Creek Trails. I was surprised at how stunning the background was considering all the sage brush! ( I am usually not big on sage brush). It was a cold day, but they were all assume and braved the weather to capture some sweet, snowy images!
THE OZMUN FAMILY
For this session, we found a nice shady spot across the street from Ross Park. Their little baby was so stinking cute and tiny! Her brothers loved and spoiled her with attention during the session. She is going to have some best friends for life! Believe it or not, the oldest boy ended up getting sick just a few minutes into the session! I was honestly impressed at how well he did considering the circumstances!
THE WALLACE FAMILY
This carefree family was such a relaxing shoot for everyone involved. It was super prevalent to me that this is a family that loves to kid around and have fun. Teens don't typically love getting their photos taken, but they stuck through it with me and were good sports!

Getting to photograph the family of my husband and I's longtime, college friends was such an honor. They have just the sweetest little family and it was so fun to capture their brand new little one. This family photoshoot took place in a random little park in Nampa. We seriously had so much fun capturing these images.
